6.2 Limited Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform content solely for your personal educational use. This licence does not include any right to resell, copy, redistribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from the content.
6.3 User-Submitted Content
If you submit, upload, or share any content on the Platform, including assignments, project files, or forum contributions, you grant Urendamax a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with operating and improving the Platform. You retain ownership of content you create.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this licence and that your submitted content does not infringe any third-party rights.
7. Payments and Subscriptions
7.1 Fees
Certain services or content on the Platform may require payment. All applicable fees will be clearly communicated before purchase. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the stated amount.
7.2 Billing
Where subscription-based access is offered, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees on a recurring basis. You are responsible for ensuring your payment details remain current and valid.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Urendamax and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with:
- Your use of or access to the Platform.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your infringement of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.

13. Modifications to the Platform

15.3 Effect of Termination

18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms communicated to you at the time of purchase or registration, constitute the entire agreement between you and Urendamax with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
19. Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. A waiver of any provision in one instance does not constitute a waiver of that provision in any future instance.
